Introduction:            

With the rapid development of China's economy and society, the improvement of people's living standards, the aging of the population and the adjustment of the healthy industrial structure, medical and health issues have been paid more and more attention by citizens and all walks of life. Following the development of the times and the national policy, Zhejiang Taihang Law Firm established the Legal Service Department of the Pharmaceutical and Health Industry in 2015 by a compound lawyer with medical professional background and legal professional knowledge.

The Department has been established for more than two years. The team now has five core lawyers and five assistants. Team members follow the pace of the development of China's pharmaceutical health industry, using medical expertise, medical professional laws and regulations, and through the continuous integration of the theory and practice of legal services in the pharmaceutical health industry, work together to overcome various difficulties. So far, the team has developed six categories of legal service products for customers in the pharmaceutical and health industry, and customized fine legal service products for customers according to their different legal needs.
