Through a series of research and reforms, Taihang has established an advanced digital and intelligent management model and a specialized team-based operational model for lawyers. It has improved the lawyer promotion mechanism and implemented resource-sharing pathways, effectively enhancing the efficiency and quality of legal services. Currently, Taihang boasts nearly 300 lawyers and professionals with doctoral, master's, and other advanced degrees. 汪政，男，1975年生，汉族，民革党员，法学博士，一级律师，独立董事，仲裁员，浙江省优秀律师。浙江泰杭律师事务所主任，浙江合众法律科技智能研究院院长。现任杭州市上城区政协常委，民革杭州市上城区基层委员会副主委/法律支部主委，杭州律协常务理事，浙江律协常务理事，浙江省法学会律师法学研究会常务理事，浙江省国际金融学会并购金融委员会主任，全联并购公会副会长，欧盟中国委员会国际法律服务中心副主任，浙江财经⼤学法学院客座教授，海南政法职业学院客座教授等。曾主编《互联网金融合规指南与法律政策指引》，发表《法律科技重构法律服务市场》《生成式人工智能对法律职业的替代》《律师事务所发展路径和模式浅析》、Research on Generative Artificial Intelligence Legal Profession Substitution、Causality‑inspired legal provision selection with large language model‑based explanation等论文十余篇。
